How do I return an unwanted item?

• Within 2 working days you will receive a returns number to write on the outside of the parcel. Please do not send the parcel until you’ve received this – it will help us process your return promptly.
• Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. Returns are at your own expense unless the item was sent in error, or we establish that the item is faulty.
• Unwanted items must be 'as new' and in their original packaging.
